However after killing Tybalt, Romeo start realising what has happened and blames the fate for the whole catastrophe, “O, I am fortune’s fool!.”
The props and weapons that will be used during this scene are going to be; AK700 and M16 for Palestinians and Uzi for Israelis.
Benvolio’s costume will consist of a long black coat and a black and white lined kaffiyeh which is placed over the head to show him as a wise and fair Palestinian young man. Mercutio’s costume will consist of blue jeans, black shirt and a black and white dotted kaffiyeh to show him as an argumentative character. Romeo’s costume to consist of a white shirt, black suit and a black and white kaffiyeh which is placed over his black coat as he was getting married before coming to the market. I also want his costume to show him as an open person because he does not discriminate the members of the other family just because they are enemies and because he believes that the feud between the two families must end. On the other hand Tybalt’s costume will consist of a black Jewish suit and a black Jewish hat with a medium size beard to show him as a conservative Jewish person.
