Dawn approaches, the hand on the clock tower strikes 5, signalling the start of the day’s trade at the fish market. Engines are stopped and started as many tradesmen come to buy in bulk. The trawler men offload the nights catch into fresh ice ready to be sold. Before you know it a mass of vulgar and peckish seagulls are swooping and diving around the harbour making the most excruciating screaming noise. Meanwhile an elderly couple are sat happily on a bench, admiring the scenery, licking daintily on their ice creams. The day is almost in full swing as more and more people enter the harbour. The first fishing trip is due to leave in just a few minutes time as a queue forms outside of the information desk. Two girl’s eye up some snazzy sunglasses as a young boy leaves the shop clutching
