Romeo and Juliet. The families of Romeo and Juliet have quarrelled their entire life and now a raw hate is left between both families (and all associates), when the two youths fall in love the feud gets in their way of being truly happy together and only through their deaths can their families end the feud and bring back social order. This is extremely ironic and enforces the idea from the prologue of Romeo and Juliet being ‘star-cross’d lovers’.
