Page Number: 2 of 4 pages: 1 2 3 4where the police could catch this wicked man was some descriptions from the citizens that seem to have recalled seeing him last with the next victim of these horrid murders. The age that most people described him as was 35 and he had a pale complexion. The one citizen described him to have been 5 foot 11 but in 1888 there was little food to make you grow. The citizen that saw the same man thought to have been Jack described him as 5 Foot 6, which is more believable. Another question was, is he a surgeon and did he work for the Queen? If he worked for the queen, she would need to have a picture of him at some point. So that proves that the police where not at all up for the job as they didn’t investigate what the locals were saying, that the locals were certain about what they appeared to have seen and not just saying it because they dislike something about that person or there culture.
The other half believe “Jack the Ripper” was just too good for the police and was a mastermind in disguise; the police tried as hard as they could but still could not manage to catch this criminal, was Jack to good for them or was the police simple confused? The police may have needed more evidence to complete what they thought about the case although the police narrowed it down to few suspects, it still wasn’t good enough. They say it was Jack that spray painted on the wall it might have been anyone just to get noticed in the public eye “The juwes are the men that will not be blamed for nothing” though it got washed off sooner later with not even a photograph for evidence. The police were concerned so they started to investigate. They asked the citizens to see if they had seen anyone curious and may have known or been seen with the victim last.
I think that the police were too lazy for the job they have never sussed who it was as they give up to quickly I think if the police really buckled down and got to worked they may have been able to figured out who “Jack the Ripper” was. I also think it is too late now as there will be no evidence left, as it will have been washed
