the arrangement for this is
a=ni/x1ix2i=(16*15*14*13*12*11*10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*2*1)/(10*9*8*7*6*5*4*3*3*2*1*6*5*4*3*2*1)=8008
The total arrangement is 8008.
