Grena at info@lmlk.com, the reply was that Nahman Avigad and Benjamin Sass who are authorities on epigraphy ‘…transliterate ‘DLH’ as ‘dala’ but not ‘DLE’ and (Believe that) both are presumably the name of the owner and they say ‘name unexplained’ all 4 are unprovenanced.’
