Fire
Fire service needs good communication whether they’re in an emergency or giving people advice on how to prevent fires. They must be reassuring with people who are injured or in a state of shock. They also have to deal firmly but politely with by-standers who may be getting in the way of rescue work.
Army
The Army relies on information, which means a hundred percent communication between out allies, the field and those back at base making sense of it all. It also means listing to the enemy. There is many different ways to communicate in the army from the latest technology to sign language in the field.
Ambulance
Good communication skill are essential within the ambulance service as they have to reinsure injured people, communicate with the patient or people on the scene to see if they can find any basic history then report the to the hospital with the injury so the hospital can make the necessary preparations.
Resilience
Remains calm and confident, responds logically and decisively in difficult situations able to adapt to different situations.
Police
True resilience involves capabilities for handling a wide range of contingencies like emergency equipment and training excellent intelligence and well prepared which is all in the training to be a police officer and all the other emergency services . This is vital for the police service because if a tragedy happens for an example a train crash the officer will be able to stay calm and focussed on their duties
Fire
This quality is exceptionally important for a fire fighter, a fire fighter must stay calm and adapt to different situations quickly as they need a straight way of thinking to save the public. For an example a fire-fighter may be inside a burning building rescuing a member of the public and the escape route collapses he must make a decisions in a split second to where and what is the safest move to make next.
Army
In the army you may witness some very nasty sights, and it is extremely important that you don’t panic and try not to get to emotionally involved. Army officers who shed a few discreet tears when they have lost men in battle are more likely to possess the emotional resilience requires for a great leader than
