As a worker you will need to be able to consider how to reduce these problems for an example don’t over do it, know your limitations and work to improve your abilities. Don’t put things off, the immediate feelings if accomplishment will make everything easier learn to relax. For a moment and regain your energy, your never knowing when your endurance will be called upon. Pace yourself. The quality of the ambulance service is remaining calm and getting those around them whom are possibly in shock to focus on the situation facing them.
