to put their foot down occasionally.
After world war2, society itself became a lot more Laissez-faire. For example it was no longer totally shocking for a girl to have sex with her boyfriend. Even later in the 60’s the music industry encouraged all the new ideas of freedom, and it became the in thing to be Laissez-faire.
Advantages and disadvantages of laissez-faire leadership
 Advantages
o It can allow a chance to bond in a less formal way
o Leaving team members to make their own decisions can be very successful if they work well together in terms of the ownership and responsibility it gives to team members.

 Disadvantages
o Leaves team members doing the wrong thing without realizing it
o That some individuals can simply dominate
o If a group disappoints and is reprimanded the effect can be very negative

Advantages and disadvantages of democratic leadership

o It transfers power away from the leader to those they are working with
o Gives a feeling of power and control which in turn motivates and develops team members.

 Disadvantages
o The intervention necessary - which can be the wrong thing to do, and the slightly overused techniques that can turn some team members off.

The fire fighters can brake in the house with out the permission of the owners to tackle a fire. In a way, the fire fighters can do what they want to put out a fire in the best possible way, even if they have to break into some ones house.
Army- Authoritarian Leadership is displayed here. The Drill sergeant would shout at the soldiers who wouldn’t be marching correctly. He does this to give them discipline, and make them understand that they don’t expect anything less than
