A citizen is a member of a community or state. How you become a citizen depends upon different factors, for example place of birth, family ties or period of residence in a country.
Definition of Citizenship
1. The state of being vested with the rights, privileges, and duties of a citizen.
2. The character of an individual viewed as a member of society; behaviour in terms of the duties, obligations, and functions of a citizen.

1. A person owing loyalty to and entitled by birth or naturalization to the protection of a state or nation.
2. A resident of a city or town, especially one entitled to vote and enjoy other privileges there.

A good citizen is committed to what they are doing
A good citizen takes responsibility for the safety of others not just themselves
Good citizens would abide by rules and realise why they are in place.
