6.2 Limitations

This paper has focused on The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007 of the United Kingdom mainly and other incidental and relevant statutory and non statutory framework, if any, in the present scenario relating to corporate manslaughter. This paper is focusing mainly on case laws and examining them and then reaching a conclusion due to the ethical considerations present in conducting the surveys and interviews and due to the absence of consent from University, the families of the victim and the victim himself/herself. The paper will also deal with other laws which work together with the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, such as the Health and Safety Policy which ensures that employees would be safe.
